Pentahotel Eisenach

The place is clean with good and kind staff. the rooms are outstanding and tidy, with private bathrooms. the view over Eisenach castle is particularly nice. the restaurant is pleasant for dinner.

The standard king room room included an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk, we were happy about that. Castle view was worthy...

It was clean, the staff was amicable, plus the service was friendly. The rooms they offer were neat and comfy with a fan. Location: the hotel was next to Eisenach. Restaurant The Perfectionists' Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Had a good one-night stay here. the location is great, right next to Sam Gallery which I really enjoyed. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the Christmas market and a regular market too! 🎄.

Well-designed, absolutely fantastic hotel with accommodating people and favourable location in green areas. Friendly service, tastefully decorated room with nice bathroom and a kettle, for example...

gorgeous brand-new hotel, fantastic views over eisenach castle. good, marvellous location short walk to eisenach, caring staff. also, in an industrial area.

The hotel is nicely designed and located in an industrial building. the staff were caring and friendly. the location is great, just a short walk to a hill above a business park, the restaurant, and the Wartburg castle. It's convenient to have Yo nearby for meals.

Designed room, spacious and comfortable, good breakfast, nice reception stars.

The hotel is really good. Beautiful rooms, very modern and very clean Please note that all furniture and Electric Appliances in the room new and in excellent condition. Around the hotel is a forest and see a lovely castle.

This place is a calm spot with stylish contemporary decorations.

The breakfast was excellent with many hot and cold options and well supplied and efficient. It was the best breakfast of my trip.

The location. It suggested it was directly opposite Wartburg but it far from the castle with no view and a very long way from the city in an industrial park area. The woman on duty at reception on arrival was exceptionally rude and incompetent and pleasantness was rare everywhere, except for breakfast and cleaning staff.

Rather big hotel of ex-DDR luxury design. Big rooms with excellent view, good lingsize beds and bathroom. Very good free parking facilities and accommodation. Nice located to visit surrounding mountains and cities. In spring very cheap. Breakfast good organized and divers..

The room here was beautifully decorated and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel really had a nice design, especially the lobby/bar/restaurant. Price of breakfast at 14 euro is expensive but it is very good.

Our room had no chair, only a really small couch (puff) which is rather uncomfortable and minimalistic when you are with two and want to work at the desk or watch television

the staff at the pentahotel Eisenach were faultless, incredibly friendy and ever proffesional, a real asset to the hotel. The breakfasts and evening meals or buffet were excellent

I purposely picked this hotel to stay in because it had a fitness room in it and it is essential that I practice a minimum amout each day for health reasons. however, on arrival the hotel only had one weight machine and nothing else. I would have chosen a different hotel if i had known this
